How nice of you to take a look at my website and want to know more about the face behind Suvé Modeagenturen. My name is Mark Suvé, I can say that my love for fashion started when I was a little boy. During the school holidays, I went on a trip with my dad and visited his clients together. That was fantastic! My father was active in sports and outdoor clothing and the work he did fascinated me. Especially the travelling and the relationships he had with his clients attracted me enormously. Once back at primary school, all my friends told their wild stories and I got a strange look when I told them enthusiastically about the adventures I had had with my father. Then, when the teacher asked me what I wanted to become later and I answered with conviction that I was in favour of a career as a commercial agent, it immediately became very quiet in class. The policeman, fireman and pilot were my favorites, but I already knew exactly which course I wanted to take.

So it didn't surprise anyone that I was already active as a fashion agent at the age of 24. I mainly focused on the jeans business. I learned a lot and saw up close how the jeans industry came under heavy pressure in a relatively short period of time. This combined with the fact that I'm a somewhat more classic type has made me switch to men's fashion. I haven't regretted this to this day. I am still successfully building up a customer base of which I am sincerely proud.

Honesty is very important to me. It is therefore very important to me that my customers feel that they are not alone. After all, we have to do it together! I have a strong opinion about brands that start their own webshop these days and choose to compete with their own customers. Most retailers are already in dire straits. And of course this doesn't make it any easier for them.

Unfortunately, with the arrival of webshops, fewer and fewer people are coming to the physical stores, which in many cases makes higher margins a requirement. And this is exactly the reason why I offer margins with my labels that are nowhere else available. More and more consumers are waiting for the sale. And so I think that a retailer, even with a 40% discount, deserves a nice margin. The most important thing is 'just in time deliveries' which I can definitely offer. Finally, I would like to give you a behind the scenes at the Suvé family. I am happily married to my dear wife Marrit. Together we have two lovely girls, which we enjoy immensely. We love travelling, extensive cooking and long dinners with family and friends. Of course while enjoying a good glass of wine! Despite the Burgundian slant, I am sporty and jog regularly through the woods. I also play hockey with SCHC Veterans B. Squashing I do especially in the winter months. But also an evening of playing cards with friends, going out to dinner or Netflixing on the couch are some of my favorite activities.
